Unfortunately, coaching is beyond a lot of author’s budgets, plus many coaches want you to buy an expensive package or commit to a lengthy contract. This is why I offer Creative Calls, which allow you to choose when you want help and how many sessions you need.
For just €60 you can use your hour to:
Get unstuck at any stage of the process
Turn your idea into a working logline
Nail down your protagonist’s arc
Build a plot you want to write
Fix plot holes or structural issues
How it works
Email
Send me an email explaining what’s holding you back from either beginning or completing your story. Give me as much detail as possible so that I can start thinking of possible solutions.
Schedule
After that, I’ll send you a calendar showing my availability so that you can pick a day and time that suits you. You can also choose which type of call works best for you: Discord, WhatsApp, and Google work well.
Creative Call
Think of me as a friendly critique partner who is going to help you figure out what’s right for you and your story. We’ll spend the hour talking through your issues, brainstorming solutions, and making a plan for your next steps.
Payment options
I accept payments through PayPal or Wise. If you’d like to book a package of three or more calls, or one of my other services, I’ll reduce the fee by 10%. Just let me know what you’re interested in, and I’ll send a custom invoice.
The Owl’s Crown Series
I have so far worked with Kerry on three books, and have been constantly impressed by her professionalism, insight, and attention to detail. She is not only able to identify issues with manuscripts, but offers excellent solutions for how to fix them. I’d recommend Kerry’s services to any writer who wants to feel like they have an editor that is in their corner —- she is truly passionate about her client’s books, and knows how to make them shine. I hope to continue working with her on my future projects.

Kerry was a pleasure to work with from the very first email: passionate, attentive and a calming influence for me. It was a seamless process and the finished product was better than I could have imagined. She polished the story whilst maintaining the heart and soul of it. Will be working with her on future projects!

You will not find a more passionate person in the art of writing to assist you in making the best-written story possible. I stumbled upon her by complete accident, loved the work, advice, and conversations that I have had with her, and I knew I would want to work with her again for my second book.

I recently asked Kerry to “work your magic”. She takes great care to copiously review each story and offer specific language improvements that make everything better. She works quickly and provides thoughtful feedback. I’m grateful we’ve connected.

Coaching calls with Kerry fels like a brainstorming chat with a friend over wine. We plotted a whole novel in thirty minutes.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure a writing coach would be helpful. I worried there might be too many cooks in the kitchen, making the process more complicated instead of clearer. But working with Kerry completely changed my perspective. She has a gift for taking my ideas and weaving them seamlessly into my story, all while keeping my voice intact. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she’s giving me the inspiration and structure I need to finally finish a story—something I’ve struggled with in the past. Thanks to Kerry, I’m not only making real progress, but I’m also enjoying the process of writing in a way I never have before.
