Your first ten thousand words can show whether your story matches your goals and whether your writing style has the power to hook readers to the end. My First 10k Feedback analyzes what’s working and what isn’t so that you can fix it before you go any further.
For the first 10,000 words of your manuscript, the total cost is €250 and includes:
A thorough evaluation of your opening chapters
An in-depth report (5–7 pages) with examples and explanations
A 1-hour follow-up call to discuss your next steps

Email
Send me an email introducing yourself and which service you are interested in. You can also ask me any questions if things aren’t clear here.
Questionaire
After that, I’ll send you a brief questionnaire to complete. This helps me understand your goals, where you see your book in the market, and what you believe your story’s strengths and weaknesses are.
Schedule
After that, I’ll send you a calendar showing my availability so you can choose a day and time for our follow-up call. You can also select your preferred platform: Discord, WhatsApp, or Google Meet.
Analysis
The next stage generally takes around one week to ten days. It involves a thorough readthrough of your opening chapters, detailed notetaking, and then writing a comprehensive analysis of your first ten thousand words. I always leave inline comments showing my thought process, but I’ll organize these into notes for easier reading.
I’ll focus on what I believe is working well, your voice, your characters, your hooks, and which parts would benefit from revision. I’ll also flag any recurring patterns or writer tics you might not notice on your own. I’ll provide examples and explanations for my feedback so you can clearly understand my reasoning and make informed decisions about what to change.
Creative call
Once you’ve had a chance to go through the analysis, we’ll have a 1-hour creative call. This gives you a chance to ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and discuss any changes you’re considering.
Optional Add-On: Second Readthrough
To support you through the revision process, I offer an optional second readthrough of your revised chapters. For a fee of €100, I’ll review your changes and provide a concise follow-up report to ensure your revisions are effectively strengthening your story.
